The cardio and weight training areas are open to members every day.

How to use the training room

Anyone wishing to use the training room must attend an introductory session to learn how to use the equipment provided.
The session lasts between 20 and 40 minutes.
These sessions are led by one of the supervisors.

Please bring a towel and indoor shoes.

Rowing lessons for adults

The club can organise rowing courses for adults in collaboration with organisations or individuals outside the club.
These courses are organised on request.

The lake

The lake is 16km long. The map is displayed in the hangar. On the shore there are kilometre markers every 500m. From the pontoon, head north (Mulhouse) and keep to the bank. To return south (Niffer), follow the opposite bank. In other words, you sail along the starboard bank.

Before each outing on the water, it is essential to register in the computerised logbook, the name(s) of the rower(s), the name of the boat and the purpose of the outing (PKxy).

Use of boats

Reporting damage
If you notice any anomalies or damage to a boat, report them immediately by e-mail to the president of the association. He will take the necessary action. Think of the other members! A good outing is made in a boat in perfect condition. A problem can always happen.
